So many times I hear from my friends and clients that they just don't have time for their exercise or to take care of themselves. One of my team-mates has a great saying "One Body, One Life". It is so true that if we don't take care of ourselves, who will? If we don't make the time to stay healthy and active, what will happen to our loved ones when our over-stressed, under-performing bodies give up and collapse?
Please make the time, just 30 minutes a day of activity will help keep your bones and muscles strong, and your skin supple. It will pay you back in multiple ways! Better attitude, energy, appearance and overall mental acuity. Our bodies are made to move, not just sit and go from table, to car, to couch, to bed. No wonder so many are complaining of aches and pains! Our poor muscles and bones are not getting any activity!
