Black cat with a white spot on his neck/chest was last seen on April 18th, on Wildcat Way in Oakley, after he was chased by a dog. He's a neutered male, long and very thin, with short hair, and yellow eyes. He's about 13 years old, mostly a homebody these days (now that he's gotten older), wasn't wearing a collar, and answers to the name of Kitty. He has a kidney condition, and must eat special food, several times a day. He's very missed and needs to come home for medication, etc. Reward offered for his safe return.
