In this workshop, participants will explore ways to uncover our dreams and learn the principles of validating them by working with a Jungian approach. Through lecture, exercises, group discussions, and personal sharing, participants will discover how dreams can enhance their lives and be an essential tool in awakening one's inner potential. The journey into dreams can be a great adventure. Join us as we explore these symbolic messages and see how dreams can lead to healing through self-discovery.  Topics addressed include: Understanding Jungian terms, the language of dreams, remembering and recording dreams, interpreting dream images, structure and type of dreams, personal growth through dreams.

Mary Mohs, L.V.N., M.A., Facilitator, has extensive training and experience in Jungian work, dream interpretation and exploring her own inner journey. She has a Master's Degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology, and is a director of Awakening: A Center for Exploring Living and Dying.
