Life can be WILD, LOUD, and FAST-PACED for many kids, teens, and adults. Our families, classrooms, and busy schedules get NOISY and CHAOTIC. When it gets to be TOO MUCH, you can get OFF-BALANCED, CRANKY, STRESSED OUT, and ANNOYED easily.For children and teens, grades 2nd-12th: Take a break from the noise of your siblings, classmates, the adults around you, and everything else! Spend time enjoying the exciting and creative space that is the “QUIET ADVENTURE” within and around you! This fun small group series, led by Annie Jung, M.A., LPCC, will explore finding calm in entertaining and relaxing games and techniques on the themes of Guided Meditation, Deep Breathing, Listening to Music, Using Your Voice, Nature Time, Creative Art Projects, Calming Entertainment, Wellness of Body, Mind, & Spirit, Communication Skills, Goal Setting, Time Management, and Enjoying Your Life!
