It is like being able to take your favorite vacation at any moment you want to!

Adults will learn the value of age-appropriate “QUIET ADVENTURE” techniques, games, activities, and perspectives to use in the home, classroom, or workplace. You will practice methods to bring more calm, focused, and positive energy to your daily life with children, tweens, and teens.
