The Contra Costa Republican Party and the Frederick Douglass Foundation of Califonia celebrate the 150th Anniversity of the Emancipation Proclimation by hosting a dinner on Thursday, February 28 at the Crow Canyon Country Club in San Ramon.  Come here Mr. Kevin Jackson speak on the Emancipation Proclimation "illuminating emphatically that Republicans are the party of black progress, black prosperity, and black empowerment".  Mr. Jackson, the award winning aurthor of The BIG Black Lie and and Sexy Brilliance and Other Political Lies, has appeared on the O'Reilly Factor and Glenn Beck shows and appears regularly on KSFO Radio.  He can be followed daily at www.theblacksphere.net.
