Antioch does not actually have the over 100,000 population right now, due primarily due to the people who have lost their homes due to everthing from interest rate resets, job loss, and job transfers.   And, Antioch does not have a transit plan with local train stations and local jobs.

For a high rise to be timed right, Antioch needs to see a big change in the demographic and needs to utilize the newer apartments, the bungalows, or even moving to a less expensive community.
