Andrew Neil has helped propel the NorCal Titans 10U White team to success during Fall Ball, earning the title of Extreme Pizza Athlete of the Week. In two recent tourneys, the Vintage Parkway Elementary student went 10-for-18, driving in six runs and striking out 18 batters in 13.1 innings pitched.
