Freedom freshman Brielynn Tovani was selected for the second year in a row to be on the Northern California State Soccer Team 97, also becoming the Black Bear Diner Athlete of the Week. She’s one of 18 girls who will travel to Arizona this January for the Olympic Development Program State Championships.
