NorCal Titans 9U pitcher/shortstop Jay Butterfield tossed a four-hitter to shut down the Delta Dawgs in the recent Nations Northwest Regional Championships in Manteca. Jay, a Titan Scholar-Athlete, hit .385 for the weekend.
