Blue belt Paco Ramirez of Crosley Gracie Jiu Jitsu in Brentwood claimed a gold medal in the recent Brazilian Jiu Jitsu U.S. Open in San Jose, becoming the Extreme Pizza Athlete of the Week. In training for roughly two years, Ramirez was one of two Crosley Gracie students to earn this highest honor.
