Congratulations to Brentwood August Home of the Month winners Sean and Jennifer Fernandez. The first thing you’ll notice as you approach their home is how neat their yard is kept. A neatly trimmed olive tree doesn’t obstruct the view of their home. Near the edge of the property, Sean and Jennifer created a small front-yard patio complete with table, awning and chairs – perfect for wine sipping.
