Heritage High School athletics recently received a big boost: a check for $29,283.50 by the Heritage Athletic Booster Club from fundraising during the 2011-12 school year. Athletic Director Pat Cruikshank and his team of coaches from multiple sports were on hand to accept the award from Booster Club President Dwayne Mullins. Another $13,000 was awarded last June for 16 scholarships ranging from $300 to $1,500. For details on how you can contribute to Heritage’s athletic programs, visit www.heritageathleticboosters.com.
