Feb. 18, 9:11 p.m. A vehicle was stolen from the parking lot of a business on Lone Tree Way.
Feb. 20, 4:21 p.m. In a trash receptacle on Brentwood Boulevard, a wallet was found containing credit and debit cards, driver’s licenses, a passport and miscellaneous items all belonging to different people.
Feb. 20, 6:37 p.m. A resident of Prominent Drive reported that two guitars had been stolen from her home.
Feb. 21, 1 a.m. Officers responding to a shots-fired report at a loud party at a residence on Heartland Circle contacted a subject in the driveway who was too intoxicated to care for himself. During a welfare check of the residence, officers located another subject hiding in a closet. Both were both placed under arrest. The first subject was taken to the Martinez Detention Facility. The second was released to his parents.
Feb. 21, 3:23 p.m. An unidentified person set fire to a water valve in a parking lot on Lone Tree Way.
Feb. 22, 12:10 a.m. A subject contacted at a business on Sand Creek Road during an alarm call resisted officers during the investigation. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Feb. 22, 7:30 a.m. On Jasmine Place, a subject was found in possession of suspected marijuana.
Feb. 22, 1:23 p.m. An unidentified person carrying a bag entered a business on Lone Tree Way and stole five GPS systems.
Feb. 23, 3:43 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard, a subject was found to be under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Feb. 23, 12:21 p.m. A resident of Lone Tree Way turned in ammunition for destruction.
Feb. 23, 2:37 p.m. An unidentified person attempted to use the credit card of a resident of Sawyer Way.
Feb. 23, 2:57 p.m. An unidentified person who telephoned a resident of Somersby Way, claiming that she had won a prize, requested money up front to cover the shipping cost.
Feb. 23, 4:59 p.m. An unidentified person left an annoying message on the cell phone of a resident of Heather Place.
Feb. 23, 10:40 p.m. A subject engaged in a verbal dispute with employees of a business on Walnut Boulevard refused to leave and was escorted from the store. Upon exiting, the subject broke the glass entry door and threatened to harm the person escorting him from the building. Upon arrival, officers found the subject to be intoxicated, in violation of his probation conditions. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Feb. 24, 5:09 a.m. On Maple Street at Second Street, a driver stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be DUI. A passenger in the vehicle was found to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. Both were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Feb. 24, 5:15 a.m. On Shady Willow Lane, a subject with an outstanding warrant was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Feb. 24, 8:21 a.m. A driver struck the front of a business on Brentwood Boulevard with her vehicle.
