Dec. 6, 4:54 p.m. Three subjects caught shoplifting at a business on Lone Tree Way were arrested and released on a Promise To Appear.
Dec. 6, 10:05 p.m. On Balfour Road, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Dec. 7, 12:26 a.m. On Empire Avenue, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released on a Notice To Appear. The vehicle was stored.
Dec. 7, 1:51 a.m. On Sycamore Avenue, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Dec. 7, 2:04 a.m. A subject contacted during an unwanted-guest complaint on Walnut Boulevard was arrested for public intoxication and providing officers with a false name. It was later discovered that the subject had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
Dec. 7, 9:53 a.m. On Second Street, a driver struck another vehicle and fled the scene without exchanging information.
Dec. 7, 10:24 a.m. A subject contacted on a traffic stop on Canada Valley Road was cited for driving without a license. The vehicle was stored.
Dec. 7, 11:01 a.m. Two unidentified subjects stole three items of clothing valued at $76 from a business on Sand Creek Road.
Dec. 7, 11:39 a.m. A subject found in possession of marijuana on the campus of a school on American Avenue was arrested and released to his mother on a Juvenile Affidavit.
Dec. 7, 1:43 p.m. A two-vehicle rear-end collision occurred in a parking lot on Sand Creek Road.
Dec. 7, 2:04 p.m. A driver performed an unsafe lane change on Oak Street and struck another vehicle. No injuries were reported.
Dec. 7, 6:56 p.m. An unidentified person stole an iPhone from the display of a business on Lone Tree Way.
Dec. 7, 7:43 p.m. An unidentified person stole an iPhone from a business on Sand Creek Road.
Dec. 7, 11:23 p.m. On Las Colinas Drive, two revolvers were thrown from a moving vehicle whose driver was being stopped for a vehicle code violation. The driver was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and released on a Juvenile Affidavit. It was determined that the passenger in possession of the revolvers was on parole. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Dec. 8, 2:14 a.m. A subject whose vehicle was stuck on the median on Brentwood Boulevard was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Dec. 8, 8:18 a.m. An unidentified person stole a bicycle from the garage of a residence on Hallmark Way.
Dec. 8, 3:29 p.m. On Birch Street, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be unlicensed and driving a vehicle whose registration was expired for more than six months. He was cited and released on a Notice To Appear. The vehicle was towed.
Dec. 8, 6:43 p.m. A resident of White Birch Court reported that she was unable to locate her 80-year-old aunt, who had left the residence on foot.
Dec. 8, 9:35 p.m. A subject caught shoplifting from a business on Brentwood Boulevard was arrested and released on a Promise To Appear.
Dec. 8, 11:26 p.m. A subject contacted on Diablo Way was found to be on felony probation and under the influence of a central nervous system stimulant. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Dec. 10, 9:59 a.m. Two subjects engaged in a physical altercation at a school on Ghiggeri Drive were arrested and released on a Juvenile Affidavit. One of the subjects was taken to a local hospital for treatment of injuries.
Dec. 10, 3:14 p.m. An unidentified person stole a shopper’s purse at a business on Lone Tree Way.
Dec. 10, 3:25 p.m. A resident of Wassen Court reported that a subject contacted her by phone in violation of civil restraining order.

Dec. 11, 12:58 p.m. Two unidentified subjects entered a business on Sand Creek Road and stole 15 hoodies valued at $672.50.
Dec. 11, 1:59 p.m. A vehicle parked on Summerset Drive was towed for being abandoned longer than 72 hours.

Dec. 11, 6:50 p.m. An unidentified person pried open the side window of a residence on Cedar Falls Avenue and stole a laptop computer, Playstation 3 and jewelry.
Dec. 12, 1:47 a.m. On Walnut Boulevard, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol and in possession of suspected cocaine. A passenger in the vehicle was found to be intoxicated and in violation of his probation. Both were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Dec. 13, 1:05 a.m. An unidentified person stole beer from a business on Walnut Boulevard and fled prior to the arrival of police. Loss: $2.48.
Dec. 13, 8:08 a.m. A vehicle parked on Balfour Road was stolen.
Dec. 13, 2:50 p.m. Two subjects stole toys from a business on Balfour Road and fled the area in a vehicle. The subjects were located, apprehended and arrested.
Dec. 13, 3:20 p.m. An unidentified person forced entry into a model home on Marjoram Drive and stole a sink. Estimated loss: $50.
Dec. 13, 5 p.m. An unidentified person shattered the rear sliding glass door of a residence on Blue Bird Lane and stole jewelry.
Dec. 13, 11:12 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving on a suspended license. He was cited and released on a Promise To Appear. The vehicle was towed.
