Oct. 12, 6:30 a.m. A vehicle parked on Mendota Street was left unlocked and its radar detector and iPod were stolen.

Oct. 12, 12:30 p.m. A subject reported that her purse was stolen from her car while it was running unattended in front of a relative’s residence on Tricia Way.

Oct. 12, 2:26 p.m. Two unidentified persons left a business on Second Street without paying for the items on their person. One of the subjects was observed pushing a large, tan baby stroller with an infant inside.

Oct. 12, 2:30 p.m. A vehicle parked on Mendota Street was left unlocked and its stereo system was stolen.

Oct. 12, 4:35 p.m. On Sand Creek Road at Lundin Lane, a subject stopped for investigative purposes was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Oct. 12, 4:45 p.m. Two subjects left a business on Lone Tree Way without paying for the items on their person. One subject was released on a Promise To Appear; the other on a Juvenile Affidavit.

Oct. 12, 6:38 p.m. An unidentified person attempted to force entry into a residence on Country Glen Lane, but fled when the alarm system was activated.

Oct. 13, 12:19 a.m. Two subjects were involved in a verbal altercation on San Jose Avenue.

Oct. 13, 1:30 a.m. Two subjects were located inside a residence on Jacaranda Street with the residents’ property in their vehicle. They were also found in possession of controlled substances. Both were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Oct. 13, 3:41 a.m. On Lone Tree Way at Empire Avenue, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be on felony probation and in possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Oct. 13, 6:47 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Spruce Street, a driver lost control of his vehicle and caused another vehicle to overturn and lose its load.

Oct. 13, 1:15 p.m. An unidentified person stole the mail from a residence on Panorama Drive.

Oct. 13, 2:21 p.m. An unidentified person used the personal information of a resident of Monroe Court to obtain merchandise.

Oct. 13, 2:30 p.m. A subject contacted on Carmel Parkway at Minnesota Avenue was found in possession of tear gas. He was arrested and released on a Promise To Appear.

Oct. 13, 3:52 p.m. On Fairview Avenue at Central Boulevard, a driver who struck a tree head-on was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Oct. 13, 7:23 p.m. Two subjects placed under citizen’s arrest for shoplifting from a business on Lone Tree Way were booked at police headquarters and released on a Promise To Appear.

Oct. 13, 9:50 p.m. A subject contacted on Brentwood Boulevard was discovered to be a missing juvenile out of Antioch. The subject’s parent picked her up.

Oct. 13, 10:40 p.m. On Sand Creek Road at Minnesota Avenue, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and released on a Promise To Appear.

Oct. 14, 8:37 a.m. On Marina Way, an unidentified person punched another person in the face.

Oct. 14, 6:56 p.m. An unidentified person stole a vehicle from the driveway of a residence on Pristine Way.

Oct. 14, 9:12 p.m. On Lone Tree Way at O’Hara Avenue, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving on a suspended license.

Oct. 15, 12:18 a.m. A subject who refused to leave a property on Sand Creek Road after being given a trespass admonition was placed under citizen’s arrest. He was taken into custody and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.

Oct. 15, 6:08 a.m. A vehicle parked in a no-parking zone on Oak Street was towed and stored.

Oct. 15, 11:22 a.m. A four-vehicle rear-end collision occurred on Balfour Road at Fairview Avenue.

Oct. 15, 1:38 p.m. A revolver was brought to police headquarters for destruction.

Oct. 15, 1:51 p.m. An unidentified person stole items from the display stand of a business on Lone Tree Way.

Oct. 15, 2 p.m. Missing real estate and alarm signs were located on East Country Club Drive.

Oct. 15, 4:02 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard at Lone Tree Way, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving on a suspended license. A passenger in the vehicle was found in possession of a controlled substance and had two outstanding misdemeanor warrants for his arrest. The driver was cited. The passenger was arrested and booked at the Martinez Detention Facility.

Oct. 15, 7:42 p.m. An unidentified person stole a locked vehicle from a parking lot on Sand Creek Road.

Oct. 16, 12:30 a.m. On Brentwood Boulevard, a subject refused to leave the premises after security issued a trespass admonition. He was placed under citizen’s arrest, taken into custody and transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Oct. 16, 2:14 a.m. On the Highway 4 Bypass at Sand Creek Road, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations and found in possession of suspected methamphetamine was placed on parole hold. A passenger in the vehicle was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest and be in possession of ecstasy, a glass pipe and suspected methamphetamine. Both were arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Oct. 16, 4:15 a.m. On Applewood Commons at Brentwood Boulevard, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be DUI and in violation of probation. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.

Oct. 16, 9:52 a.m. On Sand Creek Road at Shady Willow Lane, a subject was cited for driving a vehicle with registration expired in excess of six months.

Oct. 16, 5:03 p.m. The driver of a city-owned vehicle backed into a pole on Ward Street, causing minor damage to his vehicle, no damage to the pole and no injuries.

Oct. 17, 10:41 a.m. A subject stole a wallet, cash and marijuana from another subject on Ghiggeri Drive. A physical struggle ensued, and one of the robbers kicked the victim in the face. The assailant was arrested and taken to Juvenile Hall; the victim was arrested and released to a guardian on a Juvenile Affidavit.

Oct. 17, 1:23 p.m. A resident of Tarragon Drive lost his wallet, which contained his ATM card, resident alien card and state ID card. The ATM card was used later in the day at a gas station in Brentwood.

Oct. 17, 1:50 p.m. An unidentified person forced entry into a storage container on the Highway 4 Bypass at Lone Tree Way and stole tools, a generator and a gas-powered saw.

Oct. 17, 4:11 p.m. A subject who disappeared from a location on Lone Tree Way was later found at her residence in Discovery Bay.

Oct. 17, 4:30 p.m. An unidentified person stole two iPhones from a business on Sand Creek Road and fled the scene on foot.

Oct. 17, 6:27 p.m. A cell phone was stolen from a business on Sand Creek Road.

Oct. 17, 10:12 p.m. A resident of Autumn Valley Way observed a subject knocking on his windows. The subject was contacted and provided courtesy transport to her residence in Antioch.
