Antioch resident Izabella Caldas, 5, will be one of the special guests at Cold Stone Creamery’s fundraiser for the Make-A-Wish Foundation on Thursday, Sept. 27. Cold Stone will donate $1 from the sale of any Love It- or Gotta Have It-size ice cream, yogurt or sorbet creations to Make-A-Wish.

Izabella, who recently got her wish of visiting Disneyland granted, will be a guest scooper at a Cold Stone location in Fremont. Local Cold Stone Creameries in Brentwood and Antioch will also participate in Thursday’s event.

Since 2002, Cold Stone Creamery has supported Make-A-Wish in its mission to change the lives of children with life-threatening medical conditions. Raising more than $4 million over the last 10 years, Cold Stone aims to grant more wishes in 2012 than ever before by hosting Make-A-Wish month in its stores during the month of September. This is the event’s 10th anniversary. For more information, visit www.coldstonecreamery.com.
