Eagle Scout Marcus Jeffrey Reynolds’ accomplishments will be celebrated at a Court of Honor held Dec. 17 from 2 to 5 p.m. in Holy Rosary Church, 1313 A St. in Antioch. Marcus is currently a freshman majoring in biology at Sonoma State University.
