Earn It! Keep It! Save It! Contra Costa will file your taxes electronically, so you can get your refund in about a week. Last year, 47,000 Bay Area families filed their taxes with Earn It! Keep It! Save It! saving hundreds of dollars in tax preparation fees and “rapid refund” loan fees.
