Longtime Discovery Bay resident George Bell passed away on March 5. He will be remembered by his family and friends for his kindness. A World War II veteran, George was husband to Blanch for 51 years. He was a member of the Discovery Bay Athletic Club for 32 years and owner of Bell Electric Co. in Lafayette for 40 years.
