Grant Line Road or Mountain House Road?

I wonder where the future route 4 will lead if not toward Stockton via Discovery Bay. Will it be all straight on Grant Line Road or will it be redirected south to Interstate 580 through improved Mountain House Road?  I see things digging up  even a couple of brand new overpasses on the Grant Line Road or known as J4.. What is going on? C’mon , tell us more about it!
