Joel Flammand was the best baseball coach my son could have hoped for during his young formative years. He taught a love for the game. He didn’t focus on the mistakes. He focused on encouraging and teaching the game for the game’s sake. I’ll never forget the times he’d say, “Today was a good day because today you got to play baseball!” Thank you Joel for helping my son develop his confidence and learn to love the game!
