I am a fairly recent addition to Oakley. I live at the end of East Cypress and Bethel Island. I cannot go outside as the sun sets due to mosquitos. I have contacted Vector Control and they have made some attempts at spraying but I am concerned. Is this a “normal” issue that I will deal with due to cows and livestock or ?? I also think the fly population is out of control. Small flies and bugs live in the grass and I am attacted once I set foot on the lawn…. what can we do?? Any advice would be appreciated!
