Monique Castaneda, left, and her daughter, Alexsandra Belché, of the Antioch-based hula group Mau Loa Ohana perform during the annual luau at Quail Lodge Retirement Community.

Seniors gathered to watch members of Mau Loa Ohana – from kids age 4 through adults – shake their hips and move their feet to Hawaiian music.

Following the performance, Quail Lodge residents indulged in a Hawaiian feast.
