Jennifer Ann Tipton-Feliciano, loving wife, mother, daughter and sister, passed away suddenly at the young age of 40 on March 13, 2012.

Jenny was born to David and Sandra Tipton on May 12, 1971 in Walnut Creek. Her family moved to Byron in 1972 when Jenny was just 15 months old. Jenny graduated from Liberty Union High School in 1989.

Her love for animals led her to a career as a veterinary technician at Contra Costa Emergency Animal Hospital for more than 22 years. She often took her work home with her, as her house was filled with animals in need of a loving home. She was especially close with her Shih Tzu dog Katie, who was always by her side.

Jenny also loved traveling, music, reading, snowmobiling and especially boating on the Delta.

Jennifer Ann Tipton-Feliciano is survived by her husband, Eugene Feliciano, and daughter, Brittany of Brentwood; son, Cameron, and grandson, Nathan of Pennsylvania; mother, Sandra Tipton of Brentwood; sister, Carrie Burke of Redding, Calif.; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father, David Tipton of Brentwood.

It is with great sadness that her family and many friends say goodbye. Viewing will be held Friday, March 23 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Brentwood Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held at Byron United Methodist Church on Saturday, March 24 at 11 a.m., followed by a reception.
