Led by head coach Scott Goldston and assistant coaches Ray Martinez, Randy Kerr, Mo Wilmer, Scott Taylor, Dave Hartman and George Esquivel, the Falcons season started in August, and the boys worked hard every step of the way.
They proved that good sportsmanship, teamwork and dedication pay off. The Jr. Pee Wees ran a gauntlet of numerous talented teams – from the Pacific Northwest to Southern California – on the way to the championship.
All BOYFL teams now move up a division within Peninsula Pop Warner league, which gives the 2012 teams the opportunity to travel to Florida to play in the National Championships.
