Lions Club food drive

The Byron Delta Lions Club of Discovery Bay hosts its annual food drive this month. Non-perishable items will be collected through Friday, Oct. 28 at the following schools:

• Discovery Bay Elementary, 1700 Willow Lake Road in Discovery Bay.

• Excelsior Middle School, 14301 Byron Highway in Byron.

• Knightsen Elementary, 1923 Delta Road in Knightsen.

• Timber Point Elementary, 40 Newbury Lane in Discovery Bay.

All donations will be delivered to the food bank in Brentwood. For more information, call Alberta Stanley at 925-513-0349.
