The Liberty High School Band recently received a $500 donation from the Discovery Bay Lions so they can keep on marching. The check was presented to Band Council President Matt Medel by Lions President Wes Olson.

The band’s field show schedule this year includes four home football games, CAL Band Day at UC Berkley on Oct. 23 and the Veterans Day Parade in Antioch. The Lions also head to Main Street USA in Disneyland in April.
