I think it is quite nice that MR PIEPHO has paid back the funds he owed to the DISCOVERY BAY CSD. Did he pay this stipend money back because he was caught and did not want to cause trouble for his wife, or because of all of the trouble he causes in the community? Either way, if he wrote a personal check, be sure to take it to the bank to make sure it’s good. Taking a check from him wouldn’t make me feel as though I have been paid back.
And shouldn’t there be a term limit imposed on all people named “Piepho” because I am certainly tired of hearing of both of them. A lot of noise for little return.
