The Friends of the Marsh Creek Watershed presents the video "Over Troubled Waters" on Saturday, Oct. 6 at 10:30 a.m. in the Delta Theater on First Street in downtown Brentwood. The video takes a look at the future of the Delta, including the proposal for underground tunnels to transport water south. A question-and-answer session with water policy advocates follows the screening. "Over Troubled Waters" is the centerpiece of a public-education effort to stop the building of the tunnels.
