Freedom High School’s Centre Stage presents the world premiere of “Kevin Frei’s Post-Modern Hipster Musical! (You’ve Probably Never Heard of It)” March 7-9 at the school’s theater, 1050 Neroly Road in Oakley.

This new rock musical follows young Charlie as he moves from Mesa to the hipster capital of the world, Portland. Determined to meeting the manic-pixie girl of his dreams in a vinyl record store, Charlie slips on his penny loafers and skinny jeans and battles vegans, fixie bikers, Santa Claus and evil conformists.
