Nothing points to Tracy!

If you want to drive to Tracy from Antioch or Pittsburg, there is nothing that points to Tracy . All I see is pointing to Stockton everywhere.  I see nothing even on the new bypass 4 that helps you know which route is the best and shortest to Tracy.   Is there some work undergoing around Mountain House  east of Byron that will connect to Interstate 580? I am noticing things around there that pops up and up.
