Scholarship stalwarts

On behalf of the Bristow family, we would like to thank everyone who helped make the scholarship dinner on Oct. 7 a great success. With your generous support, we raised over $13,000. Because of the efforts of the Brentwood community, we can continue to give scholarships to deserving Liberty High School district graduates.

A special thanks to the Brentwood Press, Pete Petrovich, Discovery Builders, Lathrop Construction, Art Scape, Brentwood Olive Oil, Fidelity National Title Co., Bloomfield Vineyards, Enos Premier Properties, Alan Judson, George Ibaretta, Grazie's Restaurant, Rena Garcia, Melloni Construction, Swisher Cement and all the individuals who volunteered their time to help with the dinner.

The members of the Green Day Band were pleased to learn that the guitar was won by a sixth-grade student at Bristow School.
