The Oakley-Delta Lions Club will be opening its doors to the community on Wednesday, May 26 at 7 p.m. at the Driftwood Yacht Club, 6346 Bridgehead Road, for an evening of fun, food, prizes, information – and yes, the Lions’ famous tri-tip.

A member of the world’s largest service-club organization, the Oakley-Delta Lions Club provides optometry service and eyeglasses for underprivileged children in our schools, and grant scholarships to local high school students; coordinates and distributes Christmas food baskets; hosts an annual public Easter Egg Hunt; serves its famous tri-tip sandwiches at community events; and has helped build a playground for children of all abilities.
