The Brentwood Police Activities League (PAL) and Shadow Lakes Golf Course are joining forces to get middle school youth onto the lanes in the 2009 Spring PAL Bowling League.

There is no fee for the program. All equipment, including bowling balls and shoes, will be provided. The goal of the league is to teach sportsmanship and cooperation through team participation, provide a positive environment and instill a lifelong enjoyment of bowling.

The league will run every Monday from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. for 12 weeks beginning April 20. The final week will feature a tournament and graduation. Class size is limited to 36.

Parents interested in having their child take part in the PAL Golf Program should call Officer Roger Wilson at 925-809-7768.
