The Patriots made progress toward their second straight Bay Valley Athletic League title with a 25-10, 25-13, 25-15 victory Tuesday night over Pittsburg. Senior outside hitter Michelle Bina made five kills, four aces and two blocks in the victory. Junior middle blocker Bridget Grant contributed five kills, three aces and two blocks. The win gave Heritage an overall record of 20-13; 8-1 against league foes.
