East County Military Families is holding its 7th Annual 9/11 Memorial Ceremony Tuesday. It's East County's only public event, so drop by if you can. Country recording artist and Antioch resident Jessica Caylin will be ther with Mayor Jim Davis, Police Chief Alan Cantando, first responders and members of the military. The program starts at 5:30 p.m in downtown Antioch.
