The Discovery Bay Lions Club and Chamber of Commerce hold a vendor expo and free concert Saturday, Oct. 13 from noon to 6:30 p.m. at the Discovery Bay yacht harbor. The concert features the local band Department of Rock from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Proceeds benefit local charities.

Plenty of beer, wine and food will be available for purchase. No outside food, coolers or alcohol are allowed. Concessionaires are invited to reserve a 10x10 space by calling Rita Caruso at 925-640-5746. For more information on the event, call Jim Mattison at 925-513-9032.
