Members of the Pittsburg Sikh Temple and the Bhagat Gurdittaji International Charity recently honored the Interfaith Peace Project (IPP) with a plaque of recognition and a “sarropa” (honorary scarf) accepted by IPP Advisory Board Member Walter Ruehlig. IPP was recognized for its continuing solidarity with the Sikh community and quest for tolerance in response to repeated nationwide hate crimes.
