Lily Partida, 12, and sister Ava, 8, took their Hometown Weekly Newspaper on a spring-break trip to our nation’s capital, where the girls and their parents toured the National Zoo and the National Gallery, home to the only Da Vinci in the Americas.

Lily and Ava even managed to catch a show at the Kennedy Center and a view of Washington’s famous cherry blossoms in all their glory. Thanks, girls, for giving the Brentwood Press a front-row seat in the Seat of Power.
