East Bay Regional Park District naturalist Mike Moran discusses opportunities for spring adventures at their finest – emerald green hillsides, carpets of wildflowers, brimming creeks and nesting birds – as he takes you on a digital tour of Contra Costa County trails Thursday, Feb. 23 at 7 p.m. in REI Brentwood.

Moran will offer an insider’s view of the spectacular ridges of Morgan Territory Regional Preserve, breeding newts in Briones Regional Park, peregrine falcons soaring in Diablo Foothills Regional Park, and wildflowers in Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve’s Coal Canyon.

REI Brentwood is located at 2475 Sand Creek Road in The Streets of Brentwood lifestyle center. For more information and to register for this free presentation, visit www.rei.com/brentwoodca.
