Every Tuesday between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., customers at all participating My Girlfriend's Kitchen locations may purchase one Grande-size homemade dinner, which serves four to six people, for just $20. No advance reservations or coupons are required to take advantage of this offer designed to give families a special healthy and nutritious "dinner break" at the beginning of the busy week.

According to Co-founder and President Marcia Hales, "We created $20 Tuesdays so at least one day a week, instead of pulling into the drive-through for a big serving of trans-fat, or scraping together dinner out of a can or box, anyone can drop into a My Girlfriend's Kitchen and make a great dinner in under five minutes to take home and cook for just $20. Skip the hassle at the grocery store and make a meal in record time that's not only great tasting but good for you."

My Girlfriend's Kitchen offers busy consumers a fun, convenient, easy way to prepare nutritious, delicious homemade dinners without grocery shopping, recipe planning, chopping, slicing or cleanup. Customers without any cooking experience or expertise can make a high-quality dinner in just five minutes. Dinners can be taken home ready-to-cook with easy-to-follow cooking instructions provided. My Girlfriend's Kitchen dishes offer a variety of cooking methods, including baking, sauteing, grilling and slow-cooking in a crock-pot.

Sample menu items include Movin' on up Chicken Crêpes - eight elegant and savory chicken and broccoli crêpes sprinkled with cheddar that are "uptown" enough for company and creamy enough for comfort; Mediterranean Pot Roast - boneless chuck roast flavored with kalamata olives, pearl onions, sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning, slowed cooked and served over a bed of orzo; Thrilling Meatloaf and Potatoes - juicy meatloaf surrounded by crisp roasted potatoes and topped with a secret savory glaze; and White Tablecloth Ricotta Ravioli - cheese ravioli baked in a savory tomato sauce with black olives, onions, tantalizing spices and melted cheese.
