Wine and Chocolate Festival slated for May

Special Kids Foundation hosts its fifth annual Wine & Chocolate Festival on Saturday, May 21 from 5 to 9 p.m. at Hannah Nicole Vineyards’ spacious Tasting Room in Brentwood.

The event features wines from Hannah Nicole Vineyards, Bloomfield Vineyards, Cline Cellars, Steven Kent Winery, LaRochelle Winery and Quady Winery. A variety of chocolate delicacies will be available, plus tastings from two local olive oil companies, live music, light hors d’oeuvres and silent and live auctions.

“We’re excited to be celebrating our fifth annual event,” said Lisa McBride, Special Kids Foundation founder and executive director. “And we hope everyone will come out and enjoy the party.”

Admission to the event is $50 and includes a souvenir wine glass. Additional tastings will be available for purchase. For more information, call 925-516-1933.
