I was a little irritated to receive a nasty notice from the Discovery Bay HOA notifying us our grass was a little brown and basically we would be fined if we didn’t keep it bright (overwatered) green. We do water twice a day, most of our neighbors water 3X . It seems to me Discovery Bay would attempt to not worry so much about a green lawn and consentrate more on being GREEN!!!!
