It will never happen to me, right?  The wake board vs. boat collision was a bad one on Sunday (6/13) and it could happen to you!  The initial reports would lead me to conclude both parties to the accident probably didn't expect the other to show up from "out of nowhere." 

I hope both injured parties make full recoveries and my thoughts go out to their families as well.  It's tragic when accidents like these happen.

Please folks… don’t assume its clear around the corner, especially on a weekend.  Slow down in congested areas and always stay to the right.  If there isn't room to pass, wait for a clear spot with good visibility.  Keep boating fun and safe!
