Pounds or Inches?
Pounds or Inches?

Deb says don't worry if you are not losing pounds, sometimes the fat comes off as inches.  When we are exercising and eating right, we will tone up, and, since muscle is denser than fat, we can weigh the same, or even more!  But, our clothes still fit great, the little spare tire or paunch is not there, and so pounds are not as important as our energy level and overall size.

I am a size 8, but weigh close to what I did as a size 10, yet look 20 lbs. smaller!  Focus on having great energy, exercising every day (stairs instead of elevators,  parking far away, pacing while on the phone -- my little secret!)  You can even do squats while on the phone, or, clench your abs and thighs while at a stop-light.  Just fit in constant movement and your body will reward you!
