The Holy Rosary sixth-grade girls CYO basketball team won MVP at the recent Thanksgiving Turkey Shootout.

The Holy Rosary lady squad played St. Joan of Arc’s seventh-grade team, Santa Monica and St. Agnes. Holy Rosary ran away with the tournament, winning the semfinal game 38-10 and continuing its scoring barrage with a 40-10 victory over St. Agnes in the championship match-up. Holy Rosary is currently 3-0 in the CYO East Diablo League, boasting a 23-game winning streak in league.
