Humphrey’s on the Delta
You can’t beat Humphrey’s for ambiance and waterfront views. This year’s celebration kicks off at 8 p.m. and includes a buffet dinner, dancing and a champagne toast at midnight. St. Anthony’s Columbiettes
For those 21 and over, the Columbiettes are hosting a New Year’s Eve Dinner Dance Gala from 7 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at the Wedgewood Wedding & Banquet Center, 100 Summerset Drive in Brentwood. Cap’s Oak Street Bar & Grill

Families looking to ring in the New Year together can get it all at Brentwood’s popular Harvest Park Bowl. The $50 per person ticket price includes a buffet dinner and dessert, party favors, music videos, raffle drawings, champagne (for those over 21) and best of all, unlimited bowling. Frozen Bun Run
And if you’re feeling bright-eyed and bushy-tailed the day after – or even if you’re not – head on down to the Rusty Porthole in Bethel Island for the 31st Frozen Bun Run. The annual freeze-fest starts at 9 a.m. but the breakfast burritos will be served at 8 a.m. Skier fees are $10 per person and trophies go to participants in categories such as Best Costume, Oldest, Youngest and Best Skier.
