Feb. 7, 12:38 p.m. An unidentified person cashed a fraudulent check using the checking account information of a resident of Legend Lane.
Feb. 7, 4:08 p.m. An unidentified person stole a transmission from a pickup truck at a business on Brentwood Boulevard.
Feb. 7, 7:07 p.m. On Homecoming Way, it was discovered that a subject found to be intoxicated was on Consume No Alcohol probation. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Feb. 7, 11:06 p.m. On Balfour Road at Griffith Lane, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations provided false ID to officers. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility. The vehicle was put under impoundment for 30 days.
Feb. 8, 11:50 p.m. A subject contacted outside a business on Brentwood Boulevard was found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was cited and released on a Promise To Appear.
Feb. 8, 12:32 a.m. On Second Street, a subject stopped for a vehicle code violation was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility.
Feb. 8, 12:50 p.m. A subject caught stealing a bottle of alcohol from a business on Second Street admitted to entering the business with the intent to steal. The subject was also found to be intoxicated. He was arrested and released on Juvenile Affidavit.
Feb. 8, 12:56 p.m. On the Highway 4 Bypass at Lone Tree Way, a driver crossed into oncoming traffic and sideswiped another vehicle, causing both vehicles to roll over. A passenger in the second vehicle was ejected. Two victims of the crash were airlifted to a nearby hospital.
Feb. 8, 3:08 p.m. On Liberty Lane at Margil Way, a driver backing out of a driveway struck another vehicle on its front passenger door.
Feb. 8, 3:15 p.m. A subject placed under citizen’s arrest for shoplifting at a business on Lone Tree Way was arrested and released on a Promise To Appear.
Feb. 8, 4:51 p.m. On Grant Street at Lone Oak Road, a driver who struck another vehicle, resulting in minor injuries, was found to driving on a license suspended for DUI. He was arrested and released on a Notice To Appear.
Feb. 8, 6:28 p.m. An unidentified person stole the license plate from a vehicle parked on Meyers Court.
