Bocce ball beginnings

Those interested in participating in Oakley’s new Bocce Ball League are invited to attend an informational meeting on Wednesday, March 16 at 6:30 p.m. at 204 Second St. in Oakley. A team captain meeting follows at 7 p.m.

The league is open to adults 18 and older. Teams will consist of six to eight players. The registration fee is $10. League play begins Tuesday, April 12.
